Swedish massage

Swedish massage offers numerous benefits for the body and mind. This technique is characterized by fluid and relaxing movements, combined with a variety of pressures, touches and soft tissue manipulations.
During the Swedish massage session, the client will be invited to lie down on a comfortable and relaxing bed, carrier oils (sweet almond / argan / rice) will be used together with delicate essential oils to promote better sliding of the hands on the skin.
Swedish massage focuses mainly on the superficial muscles, using a series of techniques such as effleurage (touching), petrissage (pressure and rotation), tapotement (small percussions) and friction, in order to stimulate blood circulation, loosen muscle tension and promote a general feeling of well-being.
